  Very poor experience with TNT hardwood. From start to finish it was unexceptable. First of when he sanded down the floor to refinish he didn't poly off any areas of house or vents therefore we had sawdust in every inch of our house. Took us 5 hours to clean the mess up. Our furnace started making loud noise after he was done job due to so much dust going into furnace. Now I have to get it cleaned and be service.Whensked him why he didn't poly anything of he responded"oh I only do that on request" I thought it would just be common sense? Second when he stained the floor he didn't tape off any of the baseboards or cupboards so he left 1/4 inch of stain on the bottom, guess who gets to repaint all that?? Lastly it was actually very poor job of sanding you can see high and low spots everywhere. I thought by hiring a professional I would get a professional job? I could have done a better job myself. There was absolutely no attention to detail he just wanted to get done as fast as he could. When I messaged him to tell him how disappointed we were he didn't respond at all. Beware of this company, look elsewhere if you want a professional job done
