  Not reliable at all!!!
  Unfortunately, the review system will not allow me to give 0 stars.
  If you want to waste days and weeks waiting for scheduled appointments that come-and-go without being fulfilled, and text messages and voice mails that are seen and ignored ... then this is the company for you.
  Daniel seemed friendly and knowledgeable when I first met him while he and his team were doing work for a neighbour.
  When I called him to arrange the work I needed, he again seemed very friendly, quoted a good price, and said that it would not be a problem to schedule my "small" job in-between some of their other work.
  However, after two weeks of waiting for phone calls to be returned, missed appointment times that were scheduled (promised), unreturned texts, and unreturned voice mails ... it is obvious that Daniel is not concerned with running a business that treats customers with respect or consideration.
  It has now been 4 days since my last scheduled appointment - which was a no-show by Daniel or any of his crew - and I have not heard a single word in response to any of my messages. Especially frustrating after re-arranging my entire day to make sure I was home for the promised appointment time-window.
  Very disappointing - especially after reading the other reviews.
  
  Follow-up notes:
  The morning after I wrote this review, I received a text from Daniel - basically to "pass the buck" for any responsibility. He informed me that he had sub-contracted my work out to someone else (of which I was unaware), and that it was that person's fault for not showing up to do the work and also for not calling me to re-schedule. Daniel then tried to claim that he was doing my "small" job as a favor, and that it is too "hard for him to give and exact time or appointment". This contradicts his text which booked a specific day for the work to be done - and when this day came and went, Daniel did not reply to any of my contact attempts ... until I wrote my review.
  Not surprisingly, since writing my review, Daniel has gone and written positive "Response from the owner" comments as a follow-up to any outstanding reviews (ie: many months old). It would appear that he is attempting to overshadow his lack of communication with me, by fabricating timely communication with his other long-past customers.
  If Daniel would have told me up-front that he was sub-contracting my work (and would have provided me with contact information for the sub-contractor), or if Daniel would have responded to any of my contact attempts to clarify and resolve the situation ... it would have been helpful.
  Instead, I had to find someone else who could be responsible and reliable.
  Overall ... ZERO stars.
