  I just bought my first condo with the help of Matt and will 100% hire him again for my next sell/move. He is such a hard worker. When my dream condo sold, he went above and beyond to ask around if anyone else in the building was willing to sell; I am now moving into a different suite in the same building! He is such a personable guy and made the home buying experience very enjoyable and easy, especially for someone who did not know what she was doing. He was so flexible and maintained impeccable communication with me throughout the whole process. As an RN working various shifts, he was always open to touching base at the times most convienient for me. He truly went the extra mile for me. I have already recommended him to a few friends who are house hunting and I will continue to do so!
